* Temporary up to 2 years - Full-Time (35 HPW)
* Clerk Grade 11/12, base salary ($149,739 - $173,17 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
You will provide strategic leadership in shaping and driving customer (Court) onboarding processes that strengthen the connection between external customers and the program to enable successful, customer‑centric outcomes.
What you’ll do
You will lead the coordination of the customer onboarding process and customer deliverables ensuring alignment of milestones to the Program Master Schedule.
You will also ….
* Design, communicate and lead the customer onboarding processes, performance frameworks, and experience measures that support program success.
* Oversee customer-facing deliverables, communications, and risk/issue management to maintain high quality and strong customer confidence.
* Partner with Program and Transformation Leads to deliver showcases, discovery sessions, and end‑user activities that drive change adoption and benefits realisation.
* Contribute to program governance, schedules, and reporting while ensuring a seamless customer experience from project delivery through to BAU.

* Drive delivery to achieve outcomes - Oversight of all customers facing deliverables to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
* Build Strong Relationships – Able to connect well with people at all levels, earn trust, and work effectively with Courts, agencies, and other key partners.
* Clear and Confident Communication – Skilled at explaining things in a simple way, communicating with customers, and helping deliver a positive and smooth customer experience.
* Coordinate Work and Support Change – Comfortable managing timelines, helping people adapt to new ways of working, and keeping the program on track through good planning and reporting.

Essential requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
* Demonstratable operational knowledge of Courts and Tribunals in NSW.

Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/ clearances:
* National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
* Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
