Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Curriculum Development: Drive best practices across the service.
* Mentor & Empower Educators: Support and guide educators in curriculum design, intentional teaching, and reflective practices.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development, review, and evolution of our Quality Improvement Plan.
* Facilitate Professional Learning: Lead dynamic sessions and foster team discussions that spark pedagogical innovation.
* Create Engaging Environments: Ensure inclusive and engaging learning spaces tailored to children's interests and developmental stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Positive attitude and self-motivation
* Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
* Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS frameworks
* Proven experience as an educational leader
* Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting a team of educators
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative approach to early childhood education
* Current WWCC, VIT, First Aid, and CPR certification
* Eligibility to work in Australia
