We have a new opportunity for an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to join our growing facility in Redbank.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the 3PL warehouse facility and staff. This will involve ensuring the effective running of day-to-day operations and meeting logistics and transport customer SLA's.

Key Accountabilities:
* Manage daily operational activities and KPIs for a busy logistics facility, including warehouse and transportation management.
* Lead, manage, and develop a team, enabling the effective provision of logistics and transport services to customers.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
* Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures.
* Oversee financial performance by preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring profit & loss for the site and customers.
What are we looking for?
* DCM experience within a 3PL environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to build and develop genuine relationships.
* Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced understanding of complex warehouse systems.
* Strong analytical ability to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
* Ability to lead, manage, and develop team members and shared solutions.
* Staff, union, and contractor management experience.
