This part-time position is a 0.5 FTE permanent ongoing role with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of $31-$37.
We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual with high ethics to fill the Human Resources Officer position.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, supporting the HR Manager across various activities.
* Administering recruitment and selection processes for new employees.
* Orienting new employees through induction procedures.
* Implementing HR policies and programs for staff.
* Ensuring human resource programs meet legislative requirements and school expectations.

Staff Requirements
A Certificate IV in Human Resources (minimum) or equivalent experience is required, along with knowledge of operational HR practices, employee relations, recruitment and selection, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Staff are expected to support the School's Christian ethos and contribute positively to its teaching, learning, and spiritual culture.
