Regional Banking Governance Opportunity
This is a strategic and commercially focused role for an experienced Non-Executive Director to join our Board of Directors. Your Commitment
To thrive in this role, you will be responsible for directing the organisation in various areas including banking operations, technology, and risk management. You will need to bring expertise and practical knowledge to assist with organisational direction and strategy. Your responsibilities will include attending board meetings either in-person or online, acting as an ambassador for the organisation, and exercising strong governance oversight and independent judgement.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated experience working as a Non-Executive Director and has a strong understanding of the mutual banking model. The ideal candidate will have skills and qualifications in accounting, finance, banking operations, technology or digital systems within the financial services sector, risk, audit or compliance, and strategic planning and governance.
