THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about guest service and working in a beautiful 5-star hotel? We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold, and energetic to join Crystalbrook Vincent.
Bring your positivity and enjoy connecting with visitors and guests in a vibrant inner-city precinct. We seek a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual who can work well within a team to elevate our guest experience to new heights.
ABOUT YOU:
Your skills will include:
* Being team-oriented and committed to shared goals
* Previous hotel guest service experience
* Strong IT skills and attention to detail, with familiarity with Opera PMS
* Knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism
* Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
* Motivation to provide exceptional guest experiences
