Your Role as Care Worker Cleaner
You'll deliver person‐centred services to Community Care clients in their own homes, providing quality cleaning and related support in line with individual care plans. You'll empower clients to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully within their own environment by 1) providing high-quality cleaning and related household services; 2) completing scheduled tasks efficiently and to high standard within allocated timeframes, while adapting to each client's needs and preferences; and 3) building positive, respectful relationships with clients through professional communication and a caring, person‐centred approach that promotes trust and independence.
What We're Looking For
* Location – 1 x Gympie and 1 x Tin Can Bay
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work
* Ability to provide quality cleaning services using a variety of cleaning equipment and approved chemicals
* Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision to meet customer service requirements
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
* Currently studying Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or willing to progress into this
* Previous experience across the aged care or disability sectors as a Domestic Assistant
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy
