The Role
is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital channels. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, this role suits an early to mid-career performance marketer who wants to deepen their expertise inside a high-growth fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, launch and manage paid media campaigns with accurate structure, naming and pacing.
* Optimise bids, audiences, placements and creative to achieve performance targets such as CPA and LTV.
* Conduct keyword and audience research to identify new targeting opportunities.
* Manage creatives and run structured A/B tests across channels.
* Maintain accurate tracking through pixels, UTMs and event tagging; support technical audits as needed.
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports; analyse trends and provide actionable insights.
About You
* Around 3+ years' hands-on experience across at least three major paid platforms.
* Strong analytical capability and attention to detail in campaign execution, QA and reporting.
* Comfortable learning new tools, collaborating cross-functionally and working in a data-driven environment.
* Curious, organised, and eager to grow under experienced mentorship.
