Civil Maintenance Leader
The City is seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance & Fleet leader to oversee construction and civil maintenance delivery, fleet strategy, and operational excellence across multiple teams.
* Manage supervisors and frontline staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Lead and mentor a team to maintain the city's civil infrastructure, roads, drainage, footpaths, and fleet.
* Evaluate and report on business unit operations to enhance presentation and infrastructure.

* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or significant experience in civil construction and maintenance are essential.
