CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for our client working on commercial fit out Projects based in Darwin, NT.
This role will suit a hands-on construction leader with strong experience in delivering commercial fit out projects, with the ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, and ensure high standards across safety, quality, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day site activities across commercial fit out projectsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time and to standardMaintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHSQ requirementsConduct site inductions, safety checks, and risk assessmentsWork closely with the Project Manager on construction program and project deliveryLiaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholdersMonitor quality of works and manage defect resolutionMaintain site documentation, reporting, and project updates
Our Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5+ years construction experience, including 2+ years in a Site Manager roleStrong background in commercial fit out projects ($700K - $5M+)Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and programProven leadership and subcontractor management experienceStrong understanding of site safety and EHSQ requirementsExperience with MS Project, Procore, or similar systemsConstruction White Card (essential)
