Dentist Job in Grafton, New South Wales, Australia. Senior Public Health Role with Leadership Responsibilities, Rural Incentives, and Stunning Coastal Location. ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with the NSW Government and Northern NSW Local Health District, is seeking to recruit a Dental Officer Level 4 for a full-time position based in Grafton, with clinical responsibility for a satellite clinic in Yamba. Responsibilities
- Senior Dentist (Dental Officer Level 4) with leadership role overseeing both Grafton and Yamba clinics
- Full time, salaried public health position (4 clinical days + 1 admin day)
- Provide high-quality clinical care with responsibility across two locations: main clinic in Grafton and satellite clinic in Yamba
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, maintain clinical governance standards, and contribute to service development across the district
- Participate in clinical orientation and onboarding programmes
Qualifications
- Genuine clinical experience in general dentistry; experience with GA (general anaesthesia) cases preferred
- Experience in community and hospital settings desirable
- AHPRA registered or qualified from Australia, UK, Ireland, or Canada, or registered/qualified in New Zealand or have undertaken the ADC examination to ensure automatic AHPRA registration
