Responsibilities
In this position, you will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to design and deliver high impact, scalable learning interventions that directly support our strategic priorities. Your responsibilities include:
* Strategic Capability Planning: Designing and implementing a cohesive annual learning strategy that clarifies desired skills and proficiency levels across all employee cohorts.
* Curriculum Design & Delivery (facilitation): Leading the development of innovative learning programs that translate theory into practical, on-the-job skills.
* Leadership Development: Engaging with leaders to deliver specific development programs for emerging leaders and specialised workshops.
* Supplier & Content Management: Selecting and managing external learning suppliers and maintaining a centralised repository of learning resources.
* Project Oversight: Planning and prioritising multiple development activities to meet objectives within specified timescales and budgets.
