Following a recent implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in Australia, our agricultural client requires an experienced ECP Specialist to stabilise and support the payroll environment. This is a hands‐on operational role with real scope to influence the future HR and Payroll operating model across the organisation's countries and regions. You will be the primary ECP resource on the ground in Australia, working closely with HR, Finance, and global counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide post-implementation support and stabilisation for the newly live ECP environment in Australia. Manage payroll configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of payroll processing issues.
* Support end-to-end payroll runs including off-cycle and adjustment runs.
* Liaise with HR, Finance, and third‐party vendors to resolve payroll-related queries.
* Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP, superannuation, and award interpretation.
* Document processes and build knowledge‐base resources for the local team.
* Work closely with global counterparts to ensure alignment on payroll configuration and standards.
* Contribute to operating model discussions relating to payroll structure across regions.
Requirements
* 5+ years SAP ECP or SAP Payroll experience. Australian payroll legislation knowledge (STP, super, awards).
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Multi‐country payroll environment experience.
* Agricultural or complex workforce industry background.
* Familiarity with SF EC integration to payroll.
