The Opportunity In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of banquet culinary/kitchen operations, working closely with Sales and Event Planning teams, as well as Food & Beverage associates, to deliver exceptional dining experiences for every event. You will contribute to a wide range of kitchen responsibilities, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. As a hands-on team member, you will assist the banquet kitchen during busy service periods, maintaining efficient workflow and supporting seamless coordination with service teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
