**Position: Team Leader, Trampoline attendants, cafe / barista, party hosts, gymnastic /cheerleader / parkour coaches**
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of six months' experience in customer service
- Appropriate athletic ability to stand and move continuously over long periods of time.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing attitude.
- Sales experience is essential.
- A strong motivation to build and develop the business consistently
- Accountability for all actions within the arena.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in cash handling, EFTPOS, and basic cash flow management.
- A First Aid Certificate from a nationally recognized training provider.
- A current Working with Vulnerable People Check, valid in your state.
- A commitment to ensuring customer safety.
- The ability to effectively manage customer complaints.
- A dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Applicants must be over the age of 18.
