This is a permanent, full‐time position based at our Proserpine Mill, following a year‐round day‐work roster with occasional weekend work and overtime.

Your Role in Action
* Carry out repairs and modifications to all rail infrastructure, including general fabrication.
* Coach and mentor teammates, ensuring safe working procedures.
* Assist in defining the scope of work, completing work orders and permits accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and efficiency.
* Conduct inspections, identify problems, and implement improvements to uphold the highest quality standards.
Your Winning Combination
* Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade.
* Current medium‐rigid truck licence (or willingness to obtain one) and a manual driver's licence.
* Additional certifications (e.g., Basic Rigger, Dogger HRWL) are highly regarded.
