Permanent Educator | Epsom
About the Role
We’re seeking a caring and committed Permanent Educator to join our Epsom centre. You’ll build respectful relationships with children and families and colleagues, while contributing to a steady, calm learning environment. In this role you'll support the delivery of high‑quality and engaging learning experiences.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Centre Leadership Team who will help you build your confidence, strengthen your practice, and continue developing your professional skills within the Journey community.
This is a 5 day role working 37.5 hours per week.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Support engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Build warm, genuine relationships with children and families
Observe, document, and reflect on children’s development
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
About You
ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and early development
A positive communicator who enjoys working within a team
Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates

Journey Epsom is a purpose‑built centre catering to up to 130 children aged six months to six years. It’s a warm, welcoming environment where curiosity, exploration, and meaningful learning happen every day.
