About The Role:
Reporting to the Operations team, the Service Technician is a key role in the Fresh & Clean business delivering front line service to our customers. Passionate about customer satisfaction, our Service Technicians take responsibility for the following key activities:
* Installation of First Aid cabinets, Defib and Eye Wash Stations and ongoing servicing
* Installation of washroom products such as soap dispensers, air fresheners and sanitisers and ongoing servicing
* Servicing of sanitary & nappy waste bins
* Servicing of clinical waste, sharps and spill kits in line with EPA guidelines
* Urinal bio clean treatments
* Performing in route sales and upselling to existing customer base
Our depot is based in Cambridge, Hobart and this role will require the right candidate to travel across all of Tasmania, therefore you need to have the ability to stay away from home when required.
You will need:
* To be physically fit
* A valid Driver Licence and ability to drive a large automatic commercial van (standard license)
* Working with Children Check & Criminal History Check
* To be confident using basic hand tools (drills etc.) for wall surface installations
* Be confident to introduce and sell the Fresh & Clean range to new and existing customers
* Be detailed and methodical ensuring compliance and safety are at the heart of what you do
* Be able to work autonomously with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload
* Be able to travel to Melbourne for comprehensive training (4 weeks)

Ideally this role will commence early June 2026 and require travel to Melbourne for training. All travel; accommodation and associated costs are covered by Fresh & Clean.
