ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is an award-winning home builder with so much growth ahead. Through their decades of experience, they are now one of the most successful and well-respected builders throughout Queensland. They are currently on the look out for a Pre-Site Customer Service Officer to join their growing team. As their business grows they are looking for a Pre-Site Customer Service Officer super star. Someone who can grow with the business and strive for success. ABOUT THE ROLE The role is for someone who is hard working and has an all-round great attitude to getting the job done, as this role is a pivotal part within the business. For success within the role you will need to have great time management, organisational and customer service skills. You will be joining an industry professional, dedicated and honest administration and construction team with that family feel. DUTIES Effectively manage client expectations, ensuring they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction phase. Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships. Ensuring all building approvals are completed and lodged including QBCC applications Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details.
