Key Responsibilities
* Build lasting partnerships with Learning for Life families to provide holistic support and guidance.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with community stakeholders, including partner schools, to facilitate referrals and support services.
* Engage in administrative tasks and data entry to optimize daily operations and inform strategic decision-making.
* Connect families with local resources, information, and support networks to enhance their overall well-being.
* Collaborate with the broader organization to contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Experience in building strong relationships with families and community stakeholders, preferably in roles such as family support worker, community engagement officer, social worker, or school liaison officer.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
* Capacity to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks, problem-solving, and adapting to changing circumstances.
* Proficiency in computer software and applications, with a strong motivation to complete administrative tasks and achieve goals.
* Current driver's license, enabling travel between locations as required.
