Are you an experienced Concreter with a strong background in various concrete finishes?
LCS Landscapes is looking for a Senior Concreter to join our commercial landscape team. You’ll be on the tools every day while also taking the lead in organising and delivering small to medium-sized concrete projects.
The Role:
As a Senior Concreter, you will:
• Carry out formwork, pouring, screeding, and finishing of concrete.
• Construct pram ramps, footpaths, crossovers, edging, and slabs.
• Plan and prepare works for upcoming jobs.
• Use and maintain concreting tools and equipment.
• Read and follow drawings and specifications.
• Work with a small team to deliver quality results.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Communicate well with clients, staff, and the public.
About You:
You are a skilled concreter who takes pride in doing quality work and leading by example. You will bring:
- Certificate III in Concreting (or equivalent experience).
- Proven hands-on ability with concrete preparation, formwork, and finishes.
- Experience with brushed, exposed, and other concrete finishes.
- Knowledge of screeding and setting correct falls and levels.
- Ability to interpret plans and specifications.
- A practical, detail-focused approach to work.
- Willingness to guide a small team while staying on the tools.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Essential requirements - White Card, Police Clearance and DHS Clearance (or ability to obtain).
