Complete work to our high-quality standards. Maintain materials, tools, and equipment properly. Embrace and promote SchlamSAFE safety culture. Follow Schlam’s company policies and practices. About You: Australian recognised Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent) Minimum C class drivers' licence Able to pass an AS1554 weld test Experience with heavy mobile plant or structural fabrication Solid understanding of metal fabrication tools, machinery and safe work practices Forklift licence, Elevated work platform, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (advantageous) A strong, proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality Good written and verbal communication skills Rewards & Benefits: Upskilling and career progression opportunities.
