 
        
        Driving growth and accelerating sales of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel is a key objective for Territory Managers.
The primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets, market share, and focus product outcomes within designated territories.
Territory Managers report to the Area Sales Manager, Advanced Wound Management, and develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
To maximize return on investment, Territory Managers must ensure that all territory planning activities are aligned with business objectives and drive accurate actions.
Key responsibilities include having a working knowledge of marketing and hospital channel strategy as it relates to designated product group to assertively encompass territory sales tactics.
Challenger Methodology is crucial to maximize customer sales experience, and collaborating with other staff where overlap of territory responsibilities exists is essential.
Territory Managers must adopt a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, utilizing sales automation to improve workflow, time management, communication, and increase client contact time.
They must also enforce company policies, ensuring all reports are completed thoroughly and accurately and provided to management by due dates.
 * Formal education in Business or relevant medical field is essential.
 * Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is required.
 * In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related area is necessary.
 * Shown success selling into hospitals is critical.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
