Commercial Leadership Role
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract and retain commercial partners, ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Acquisition: Identify, attract, and secure new commercial partners and sponsorship deals that align with organisational goals. Develop strong relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure retention.
* Strategic Planning: Create and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and meet acquisition and retention targets.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to promote the organisation's Vision, Mission, and Value proposition. Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in commercial management, sponsorship, or business development.
* Proven track record of securing and managing high-value commercial partnerships.
* Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
