We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our dynamic plant nursery operations team. Reporting to the Nursery Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across acclimatisation, irrigation, fertigation, and post-acclimatisation processes.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a horticultural environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about plant health and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the nursery teams in daily nursery activities.
* Assist with irrigation and fertigation scheduling to meet seasonal weather and nutrition needs.
* Monitor pest and disease pressures and report to management.
* Plan, prepare, and grade plants to customer specifications.
* Ensure nursery practices align with Agromillora's quality and safety protocols.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency across operations.
* Provide accurate reporting on production, grading, and plant movements.
Requisitos mínimos
