We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our dynamic plant nursery operations team. Reporting to the Nursery Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across acclimatisation, irrigation, fertigation, and post-acclimatisation processes.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a horticultural environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about plant health and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the nursery teams in daily nursery activities.
Assist with irrigation and fertigation scheduling to meet seasonal weather and nutrition needs.
Monitor pest and disease pressures and report to management.
Plan, prepare, and grade plants to customer specifications.
Ensure nursery practices align with Agromillora's quality and safety protocols.
Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency across operations.
Provide accurate reporting on production, grading, and plant movements.
Requisitos mínimos
