Key Accommodation Role
We have a role available for an Accommodation Receptionist to work at our site in Wagga Wagga. We are seeking a motivated person to join our team and fill this full-time reception position.
The main responsibilities include maintaining reservation booking systems, updating room information in real time, and communicating key details to housekeeping personnel.
**Daily tasks will involve**:
* Maintaining the accommodation and reception desk services.
* Responding to customer queries within suitable timeframes and accurately filing records.
* Following workplace safety practices.
Prior experience is not required; what we need is a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a welcoming environment.
