About your role:
Collaborate with other Patient Safety and Quality Unit team members to develop, implement, and monitor safety and quality systems, including action plans for improvement.
Provide workforce education related to clinical governance systems and process.
Oversee the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health and AODS clinical incident management process including implementation of the Clinical Incident Management Pathway, facilitating clinical incident triage meetings and preparing for the clinical incident management meeting.
