**About Us**:
TeamKids, Australia's leading provider of before and after-school care programs, is looking for a superstar School Partnership Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team.
As our School Partnership Manager, you'll be the go-to person for school principals, building robust partnerships and working with our Operations team to ensure our programs run like a well-oiled machine!
**The Role**:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of education stakeholders and build positive relationships that ensure the success of our programs. You'll be responsible for keeping the communication channels flowing between schools and TeamKids.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with school principals and other key stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison between schools and TeamKids operations
- Manage communication channels between schools and TeamKids Ensure that programs meet the needs of schools and families
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the education sector and relevant policy changes
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, working with schools and education stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of the education sector and relevant policies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
