What You Can Expect On a Day‐to‐Day Basis
* Leading brand strategy and planning across your portfolio, setting clear direction that balances short‐term commercial performance with long‐term brand love.
* Bringing big ideas to life, working with creative, media and production agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns and always‐on activity that shows up in everyday Australian life.
* Collaborating across the business, partnering with teams like Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Consumer Insights to ensure campaigns are executable, relevant and impactful.
* Acting as the voice of the customer, using insights, data and cultural understanding to shape brand storytelling that feels authentic, contemporary and emotionally engaging.
* Owning end‐to‐end campaign delivery, from early concept and briefing through to launch, optimisation and post‐campaign evaluation.
* Managing marketing budgets with confidence and commercial rigour, ensuring spend is effective, efficient and on track.
* Tracking performance and learning fast, using results to optimise activity, solve problems and continuously raise the bar.
* Influencing and leading without authority, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, franchisees and partners.
* Contributing to a high‐performing team, sharing knowledge, lifting capability and helping shape the future of Macca's Marketing.
Your Keys To Success
* Proven experience leading brand strategy, integrated campaigns and always‐on marketing within a complex, fast‐moving environment.
* Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance short‐term performance with long‐term brand equity.
* Experience working cross‐functionally, confidently partnering with teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, Insights and Finance to deliver executable, impactful marketing.
* Confidence leading and influencing a broad stakeholder group, including senior leaders, agency partners and franchise or customer‐facing stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complexity, tell a compelling story and bring others on the journey.
* Strong project management capability, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, budgets and timelines without losing momentum.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn, improve and raise the bar.
