The Role
You’ll be responsible for assembling high-end kitchens and custom joinery, or installing high-end kitchens and custom joinery to a professional standard, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality across every job.
You’ll be working alongside designers, project managers, and tradespeople who value teamwork and take pride in their craft.
Position Requirements
* Trade qualification in Cabinetmaking and/or Carpentry
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in kitchen or joinery installation
* Ability to read and interpret detailed plans
* Strong attention to detail and finishing standards
* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
* Confident communicating with clients and site teams
* Commitment to safe work practices (OH&S)
* Flexibility to work across varying site locations
* Able to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
