Overview

Guest Experience Expert (Service Experience) at The Ritz-Carlton Perth, 1 Barrack Street, Perth, WA 6000, Australia. Part Time basis. Schedule: Part Time. Located Remotely: N. Position Type: Non-Management.

Beautiful location on the Elizabeth Quay waterfront with easy access to public transport and onsite dining and guest services.

Responsibilities

- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer calls, monitor busy or unanswered lines, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; contact the appropriate department to resolve issues.
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.

Qualifications

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) from a nationally accredited training provider.
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (City of Perth).
- Experience in a customer service role is preferable.
- Passion for customer service.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
