In this role, you will partner with your Store Manager to inspire your team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction. You will drive the team with passion and purpose, coaching them to cultivate high performance.
You will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of your store, manage the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence. In the absence of the Store Manager, you are the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive excellent in-store service that meets the high standards of JD Sports.
