Trayne Consulting are currently recruiting for Window & Door Installers to work for our very busy national client.
These roles will see you glazing, hanging and fitting of Timber and Aluminum Door Sashes, fitting of Timber and Aluminum Window Sashes, installation of flyscreens and doors, and repairs and maintenance to products in new & existing homes.
With a local presence in Adelaide, you will pick up work from the depot at Pooraka and cover works across Adelaide and the surrounding areas.
This is an exciting prospect for those with a trade background, such as cabinet making / joiner / shopfitter / glazier or home handyperson, who has worked with Aluminum or Timber and is ready to be trained in a diverse range of our client\'s products.
Responsibilities
* Glaze, hang and fit Timber and Aluminum Door Sashes
* Fit Timber and Aluminum Window Sashes
* Install flyscreens and doors
* Perform repairs and maintenance to products in new and existing homes
Location & Work Type
You will be based with a local presence in Adelaide, picking up work from the depot in Pooraka and covering works across Adelaide and surrounding areas. This is a subcontracting role with long-term opportunities and ongoing training.
Requirements (Sub-Contracting)
* Be an ABN holder; Company Registration (Pty Ltd) is highly desirable
* Relevant insurances (Workers Compensation, Public Liability, Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance)
* Construction Induction White Card
* Valid Australian Driver\'s License
* Work Rights in Australia
* Clean Valid Police Check
* Own late-model van (e.g., Hi Ace) capable of carrying material up to 2.7 m, or suitable work vehicle with trailer and appropriate frame to carry glass
* Own tools required to perform the work

Please note - There is no quoting or measuring of jobs, no invoicing or collecting outstanding monies as this is all done on your behalf so that you can focus purely on installations and completing jobs.
With long term opportunities this role will provide continual training to those whose goal is to grow their business and learn how to install a wider range of products, maximizing your potential earnings.
Due to the nature of these works you may be required to show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination as you may be working on sites such as Aged Care Facilities.
