Regional Customer Leader
The Regional Customer Leader will be responsible for leading our customer relationships across QLD, Northern NSW and the Mid North Coast.
This is a key leadership role that requires building, growing and retaining strong partnerships with customers while ensuring they enjoy a premium experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching and developing the QLD Training team to deliver excellent service
* Building and managing meaningful customer relationships to drive growth and retention
* Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to achieve regional sales and profitability targets
* Developing joint business plans with customers and conducting regular reviews to maximise opportunities
* Supporting the implementation of national brand and marketing campaigns at a regional level
* Shaping and executing regional commercial strategies, budgets and growth plans in line with national goals
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane with regular travel across the region.
We are looking for a confident people leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment. Key requirements include:
* Experience in sales, account or regional management, ideally within hospitality or FMCG
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and grow teams
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, sales performance and reporting
* A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams nationally
