Overview
Applications are invited for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join the MSF Sugar team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is located at our Tableland Mill, which is approximately 25km west of Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands.
The Maintenance Supervisor forms part of a small onsite maintenance team during our crushing and maintenance periods and will be responsible for planning work scope and supervision of a team undertaking maintenance tasks onsite.
Responsibilities
Plan work scope and supervise a maintenance team during onsite tasks, particularly during crushing and maintenance periods.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Qualified tradesperson (Mechanical Fitter or equivalent).
Experience in heavy industry operations and asset management is essential.
Sugar Mill/other industrial experience or an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering would be highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise diverse workgroups.
