This hands-on role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and relevant performance standards.This position will be based in North Queensland's Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and vibrant community. The Burdekin region offers a fantastic lifestyle with a warm climate, beautiful beaches, and a range of recreational activities, making it a great place to live and work.Your Role in ActionWork closely with the Boiler Station and shift teams to keep operations running smoothly and safely.Take charge of turbine and auxiliary equipment start-ups and shut-downs—keeping the plant's energy flow in check.Manage the vital Bagasse system with precision ensuring smooth, efficient operations at all times.Inspect, troubleshoot, and handle boiler and auxiliary systems, reporting abnormalities.Actively contribute to work, health, and safety standards, from risk assessments to job safety analyses and participation in site safety programs.Your Winning CombinationWe're looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude, sharp attention to detail, and dedication to high-quality standards.
