BB Recruitment Health has a client seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their Community Allied Health Service (CAHS) in Albany. This is a full-time, ongoing role providing hands-on, client-focused therapy across paediatric and NDIS caseloads.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver practical, evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages. Your work will focus on improving daily functioning, independence, and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver occupational therapy services to children and NDIS participants
* Conduct functional assessments and develop client-centred care plans
* Recommend and implement assistive technology and therapy interventions
* Provide low to moderate intensity therapy in homes, clinics, and community settings
* Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and community services for coordinated care
* Support clients to achieve personal goals and build confidence in daily living

About You
You are a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with:
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience providing therapy to paediatric clients and NDIS participants
* Confidence in managing a mixed caseload across home, clinic, and community settings
* Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and therapy delivery skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and WA Driver's Licence
