Position Description As the Art Director you will lead the creative development and execution of brand and trading work across VM, retail marketing, and full digital channels. You will translate strategy into strong concepts, set the visual direction for campaigns and seasonal stories, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across store and online touchpoints. Key Responsibilities include Develop omni-channel campaign concepts: moodboards, creative territories, key visuals, styling/shot lists, typography and layout direction Lead execution from idea through rollout, ensuring the creative is on-brand, modern, and commercially effective Oversee creative across: VM / in-store (windows, lightboxes/portals, signage suites, POS), Retail marketing (trade event toolkits, print collateral, catalogues where relevant) and Digital (paid organic social, EDM, web/eComm, display, onsite banners) Supply template layouts, hierarchy and messaging for high-volume trade updates while maintaining brand standards Collaborate on shoot creative: briefing, casting references, shot lists, on-set art direction, and post-production feedback Partner with Marketing team to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and asset handovers across channels Work with internal graphic designers, providing clear briefs, direction, and constructive feedback.
