**Lab Support Position:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide technical support for teaching and research labs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical assistance for lab technology related incidents and requests.
* Respond to escalated customer inquiries and update users on incident status within agreed timeframes.
* Manage technical support activities in collaboration with other IT groups.
**Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support function, coupled with a diploma or certificate level education in IT or equivalent experience.
* Advanced knowledge of interfaces between commodity technology and equipment used in research and education settings.
