Role Title: Product OwnerClerk Grade: 9/10Employment Type: Ongoing, Full-timeSalary range for Clerk Grade 9/10: $125,693 - $138,510 pa, plus superannuation and leave loadingClosing Date: Thursday, 26 June 2025 (9.59am)We have dedicated office space in Gosford with hybrid and flexible working conditions available.The Long Service Corporation is a standalone agency within the Department of Customer Services that reports directly to the Managing Director of Service NSW whilst maintaining its executive agency status.About the teamThe Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry, and we are about to launch our third scheme for the community services industry (CSI).You’ll be joining the newly established Digital and Program Delivery team in LSC. The team is leading the delivery of new portable long service leave schemes, including the development and rollout of the systems and processes needed to administer them. This team is also responsible for ongoing improvement initiatives to ensure our current schemes and systems continue to evolve.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Leading the development and delivery of LSC’s product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.Translating customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.Working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritise features.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-focused product design and development.Managing product issues and risks and supporting timely problem resolution.Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Driving continuous improvement and innovation in product delivery and performance.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:A strong ability to lead product strategy and delivery, with a focus on customer needs and continuous improvement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Sound judgement in prioritising features and resolving issues.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities through research and analysis.Collaborative mindset and strategic thinking to help drive impactful, user-centred product outcomes.Click here to access the Role Description.
