About the role
We are looking for Drill and Blast Operators to join our teams across various Pilbara mine sites. These Fly‑in‑Fly‑out (FIFO) opportunities are available from Perth, Busselton, Albany, Geraldton, and Broome. The role involves driving productivity and achieving operational targets in a safety‑driven environment.
What you'll bring
* Commitment to safety—prioritising the wellbeing of yourself and your team.
* A valid Australian C Class manual driver's licence or higher.
* A strong team mindset, with the ability to work safely and flexibly to meet business requirements.
* Relevant surface mining tickets and accredited units in drill and blast operations.
* Ability to lead and coordinate a blast crew, ensuring safe and efficient blasting operations.
* Experience working with electronic detonators.
* Strong focus on housekeeping and compliance within magazines, magazine compounds, explosive vehicles, and work areas.
