Job Description
About the Role
As a Customer Advisor you will:
Provide professional, friendly service and build strong customer relationships.
Assist customers with their financial goals through guidance, referrals, and support.
Handle cash and transactions accurately, maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
Support branch operations, including opening, closing, and day-to-day duties.
Confidently use banking systems to manage customer records and service tasks.
Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, lending opportunities and banking transactions.

Strong customer service skills with an approachable, professional manner.
High accuracy and attention to detail, especially with cash and transactions.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.

Confidence using multiple systems and technology.
Previous experience in banking or financial services is desirable but not required.
