The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.
Full-time position available.
Roster
Monday to Friday, night until morning shift.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a small team of cleaners
Effective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
Prioritise tasks under pressure.
Assign duties, conduct spot checks, and ensure task completion.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff.
Oversee daily cleaning operations within the store.
Meet rotations and KPI's for our client site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
Respond to client requests and feedback.
Maintain rosters and provide shift coverage when required.
Recruit and onboard new team members.
Take immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards.
About You
Strong cleaning experience required.
Experience supervising and managing a team.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Good client management skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Basic computer and phone application knowledge.
Ability to verify certain requirements.
Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
