Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support to executives and various business units.
This is a mid-senior level position that involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, procurement, technology, manufacturing, and licensing contracts.
About You
* You should have a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm.
* Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
* Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, retail, energy, or industrial clients is highly regarded but not essential.
* Comfortable advising across multiple jurisdictions and adapting to a global environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging with senior leaders.
