About the Role

Our OGC & Secretariat is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer Senior to join our vast community of solvers. The OGC & Secretariat team brings our purpose to life by providing strategic advice to the business relating to its employees, partners and the workplace more broadly.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

* Employment Law
* Conducting litigation and/or investigations
* Working within a Governance framework
* Dealing with and assisting senior management

In our OGC & Secretariat team, your impact will be seen by:

* Supporting strong and trusted relationships with our internal clients and governance bodies
* Advising our business clients on a variety of matters while working closely with the organisation’s People & Culture, Partner Affairs Office and risk and compliance teams
* Working as part of a team and embedding yourself within PwC’s culture

More About You

* You have over 8 years PQE in employment law matters
* You have experience conducting litigation and investigations
* You have experience in working within a Governance framework to ensure consistency and appropriateness of decision making
* You will have excellent listening skills and will respond appropriately to feedback from stakeholders
* You have experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications
* You have excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence with impact
* You can identify and consider critical issues and assess and articulate legal risks (including likelihood and impact) so the business can make informed, risk-based commercial decisions
