Operational Excellence Lead
As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple workshops in Tasmania and Queensland.
Your key objectives include:
* Ensuring all workshops operate to optimal efficiency and reliability
* Leading, motivating, and mentoring Workshop Supervisors and technical teams
* Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
* Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve cost-effectiveness
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a workshop environment or related area
* Ability to review data trends and drive performance improvements
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, and management skills
* Sound knowledge of plant and equipment associated with heavy industry applications
* Highly developed communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
