The Role
Our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with treatment providers (Doctors, Specialists, Allied Health Professionals) to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
* Provide clinical opinions and justify recommendations through report writing
* Visit workplaces regularly to understand physical demands and support safe, timely return to work or maintenance
* Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention
* Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
