We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide clinical support at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home located in Eaton. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Fields is a 160-bed facility designed to support individuals who require 24-hour care, including those with special care needs and dementia.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include clinical care, case management, and supervising, directing, and leading nursing and care/support staff.
We currently have several permanent part-time roles available, with suggested rosters as follows:
1. Role 1: 38.5 hours per fortnight, morning shifts (typically 7am - 3pm):
Week 1: Tuesday and Wednesday
Week 2: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday
2. Role 2: 37 hours per fortnight, night shifts:
Week 1: Monday and Friday 9.30pm - 7.15am
Week 2: Monday and Tuesday 9.30pm - 7.15am
3. Role 3: Minimum of three afternoon shifts per week of your choice from the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 3pm-9pm or 10pm.

About You
- Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply for one
The Role
- Ensure nursing care is delivered safely and effectively, providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers
- Complete assessment and admission requirements
- Maintain effective referral systems with senior nursing, medical, and allied health staff
- Ensure clinical records reflect care in compliance with accreditation standards and legislation
- Provide mentoring and training to staff as needed
