About the role
AGL has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor – Wind to join our Renewables division, leading operations at our Wattle Point wind farm site in South Australia.
This role is based on-site at Wattle Point wind farm, offering the chance to work in a regional location that is surrounded by natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle opportunities, including hiking, cycling, and community engagement.

What you will be doing
As Site Supervisor – Wind, you will lead a team of up to 20 site technicians and contractors, driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across wind farm operations:
* Champion health, safety and environmental performance on site.
* Lead and mentor a multi-disciplined workforce in maintenance, fault finding, and operations.
* Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to optimise maintenance strategies.
* Drive innovation in work planning, permit systems, and documentation.
* Oversee project delivery including scoping, budgeting, and contractor management.
* Conduct audits, investigations, and reporting to support operational transparency.
What you will bring
* Diploma or trade qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline.
* Wind turbine operator/maintainer certification highly regarded.
* Proven leadership in safety management and environmental compliance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in maintenance systems, HSE procedures, and risk management.
* Ability to lead change and foster a culture of accountability.
* Experience in inventory, regulatory compliance, and budget management.
* Valid Victorian or South Australian driver licence.
