About the role
Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality payroll services.
* Updating and maintaining employee records
* New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
* Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
* Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
* Award interpretation
* Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About you
You are a service-focused professional who acts with integrity and thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment.
* At least 2+ years of hands‐on experience in payroll processing, ideally within high‐volume environments
* Experience using a large payroll system (e.g. SAP, iChris/Chris21, Preceda, Dayforce, Aurion, etc.)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands and meet performance KPIs
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Full and unlimited Australian working rights
